Although it is a drama you can watch it Saturday afternoon like I did and start your evening in a good mood.

The main actress is Hilary Swank. Before this movie, I never liked her, I thought she is too masculine, but in this movie she impresses me with her delicacy and her determination. As for male character, well the reason I choose this movie is Patrick Dempsey, whom, as you might already know, I like very much. Sadly in this movie he has only few lines and I wasn’treally paying attention to them or his acting as I was lost in his blue eyes from the first second he came on the screen.

The subject is about a teacher and her first teaching experience. She gets a class with violent kids, kids that have the lowest grades; however she gets stubborn to teach them and to change them. This theme I’ve seen it already in five other movies but still impresses me every time.

I never thought that “I may not turn eighteen”. I never felt “fear of walking”, “fear of taking” and “fear of leaving the house”. I don’t know what it’s like to feel this but I know the feeling of having someone believe in you, be sure you can change and feel sure you can move forward.

It is a movie about freedom, about hope, about dreams even if everything and everyone tells you that you have no chance. It is about seeing the good even if everything is bad. It is also about wanting to know more, wanting to discover more and wanting to succeed.

“Everybody is a hero. We are all ordinary people but every ordinary people can within their own ways turn on a small light in a dark room.”

So….enjoy your watch.
